Stage 1. Briefing
We usually start with a client questionnaire in order to ascertain the basic details of a project, such as timescale and scope of work required. Our projects range from a single item of custom furniture to whole property renovations.
We will arrange a site visit to go through this is more detail. Although we often work from plan we ideally like to see a property or new build site in order to start formulating ideas and commence the design process.
Stage 2: Concept and Design Development
Once we have an understanding of your budget and design aesthetic we will come up with a mood book and/or sample board in order to start bringing the project to life. See examples below of client mood books.
We can also provide space planning, working drawings and CGI images for a project. We often work alongside architects and structural engineers at this stage in order to make sure our designs are in accordance with building regulations and the structural needs of a building.
Stage 3: Procurement and Implementation
When the overall design has client approval Claire Bloom Interiors can manage the procurement and scheduling of a project. We work closely with project managers and architects to ensure correct and timely delivery of all products.
This may include sourcing flooring materials, lighting, specialist finishes, bespoke joinery, sanitary ware, bathrooms, kitchens, bespoke furniture and soft furnishings.
Stage 4: Installation
We can personally install all furniture, accessories and artwork on site to make sure your property is personally styled upon completion.
